On June 6, 1924 Maxwell-Chalmers became the Chrysler Corporation. The last of the Maxwell cars were sold off, then the name was quietly discontinued in favor of a new car called the Chrysler. This 1924 Maxwell Club Sedan is one of the last Maxwells produced before they changed over to Chrysler. These are very rare, seldom seen cars that are not frequently seen for sale.
